Our roots might go back to 1919 but this is 2019, and we're looking forward to the future. That means embracing technology and using social media to connect with our clients and keep you informed.
Before you switch the page, hear us out. We know you hate spam and don't have time for endless advertisements. That's not how we use these channels. We aim for quality, not quantity, providing content on how to keep safe, how to save yourself some money, and misconceptions about insurance. We also post changes in our business hours and use social media to remind you about our latest drawing or contest.
We're on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Our Facebook content is focused on local news, such as changes in driving laws and upcoming storm preparations, frequently asked questions about insurance, and how to protect yourself. If we suddenly have to close early due to a storm or if our phone lines go down, we make announcements on Facebook.
Our Twitter content is where we duplicate some of the posts we make on Facebook, but we tweet a lot more than we post. You can find tips about running your small business, the latest recalls, and advice for homebuyers and homeowners. Twitter is where we share a lot of content about the trucking industry. The latest ELD exemptions, new tolls, and ideas for driver retention are some of the content we post daily on Twitter.
Finally, there's LinkedIn, which we post to weekly. We are renewing our commitment to posting relevant content there, especially for businesses. There is a special section just for the trucking industry (see here), although we really do suggest Twitter for the latest news.

We recommend all customers follow us on Facebook, as it is the easiest way for us to immediately reach everyone in the case of a change in hours. Those in the transportation industry are really missing out if you're not following us on Twitter! Our businesses should consider keeping an eye on us on LinkedIn.
